G.P. Putnam's Sons

G.P. Putnam's Sons Books for Young Readers (A Division of Penguin Young Readers Group) publishes about 50 hardcover trade books each year including "lively, accessible picture books and some of today’s strongest voices in fiction." The 2016 Newbery medal winner "Last Stop on Market Street," written by Matt de la Peña and illustrated by Christian Robinson,  is one of their books. They also publish select nonfiction. Putnam includes the Nancy Paulsen Books imprint. You'll find a list of Nancy Paulsen Books that we read here. Putnam does not accept unsolicited manuscripts.
